Additional Notes: We will be performing an upgrade to enhance the performance and reliability of our service.
New server supports TLSv1.2 only. Please make sure that your mail clients are updated and correct SSL settings are set there. (SSL v1, v2,v3 and TLSv1.0/v1.1 should be disabled). Also see this outlook solution if you experience issue on Windows 7 or in older versions of outlook.

Some older or not updated Windows systems may be affected by this PCI Complaint update.

Configuring Windows OS 7
  • Open the Start Menu.
  • Search for “internet options”.
  • Click on the search result titled Internet Options.
  • Navigate to the Advanced
  • In the area under Settings, scroll down to the Security section and make sure that the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 options are disabled (don’t have a check-mark beside them) and that Use TLS 1.2 option is enabled (have a check-mark beside them).
  • Click on Apply.
  • Click on OK.
  • Restart your computer.
